HATI Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for permitted and prohibited use of HATI and related services.

1. Permitted use

You may use HATI only for your legitimate internal business purposes and only in accordance with applicable law, these rules, and your agreement with Blokketen Solutions Inc.

2. Prohibited use

  • use HATI for unlawful activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, terrorist financing, money laundering, or prohibited goods or services;
  • upload malware, harmful code, or content designed to disrupt, damage, probe, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
  • circumvent user permissions, approval workflows, rate limits, or security controls;
  • reverse engineer, copy, scrape, benchmark publicly, or use HATI to build a competing service without written permission;
  • upload data you do not have a right to use or data whose use would violate confidentiality, privacy, employment, banking, or trade-secret obligations;
  • misrepresent your identity, authority, organization, jurisdiction, or onboarding information;
  • use HATI in a way that creates a material risk to our infrastructure, to other customers, or to third-party providers; or
  • attempt to route or disguise transactions in a way that defeats policy, corridor, compliance, or approval controls.

3. Sensitive and regulated data

Do not upload highly sensitive personal data, government identifiers, payment credentials, health data, children's data, or other regulated data into HATI unless the upload is necessary, lawful, contractually authorized, and appropriately secured for the use case.

If you are unsure whether specific data should be uploaded, treat the data as restricted and seek internal approval before use.

4. Enforcement

Blokketen Solutions Inc. may monitor for abuse, investigate suspected violations, suspend access, remove content where lawful and appropriate, notify customers, or refer matters to regulators or law-enforcement authorities where required.

Violations of this Policy may also constitute a breach of the HATI Terms or the parties' commercial agreement.
