HATI Sandbox, Beta, and Evaluation Terms

Template terms for pilots, sandbox access, benchmark evaluations, and pre-production features.

1. Purpose

The HATI sandbox, pilot, benchmark, and beta environments are provided solely for evaluation, testing, internal review, and product-feedback purposes unless a signed agreement expressly allows production use.

2. No production reliance

• Beta features may be incomplete, changed, interrupted, or withdrawn at any time.
• Service levels, uptime commitments, data-recovery commitments, and support commitments may differ from production services or may not apply at all.
• You should avoid uploading live production data unless the parties have expressly agreed to do so and appropriate controls are in place.

3. Benchmark outputs

Any benchmark, estimate, comparison, or summary generated in the sandbox is illustrative only and depends on the completeness and accuracy of the historical data provided by the customer, the assumptions used, and the providers available at the time of evaluation.

Benchmark outputs are not a promise of savings, regulatory approval, settlement timing, or transaction acceptance.

4. Feedback

If you provide ideas, comments, suggestions, or feedback regarding HATI, Blokketen Solutions Inc. may use that feedback without restriction and without obligation to you, provided we do not publicly identify your organization without permission unless already agreed.

5. No warranty and risk allocation

Sandbox and beta services are provided entirely at your own risk and strictly on an as-is and as-available basis. Blokketen Solutions Inc. disclaims all warranties, and you remain responsible for your internal reviews, approvals, and decisions.

6. Term and termination

Sandbox access may be time-limited. We may suspend or terminate evaluation access at any time, with or without cause, especially if required by law, security concerns, provider changes, or resource constraints.
